These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Puhu Studios ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of our mobile games, including Solimage — Image Puzzle (the "Games"), and our website games.puhustudios.com. By downloading or playing the Games, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Games. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases
- The Games offer virtual currency and items (such as gems, hints, and boosters) ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold — you receive a limited license to use them within the Games.
- Virtual Items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods outside the Games, and are non-transferable.
- Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Payment and refund matters are handled by Apple under its terms; refund requests should be directed to Apple.
- We may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue Virtual Items as part of operating and updating the Games.
4. Advertising
The Games are free to play and supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third-party networks and may be personalized or contextual depending on your device settings and consent choices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Games;
- use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools;
- interfere with or disrupt the Games or their services;
- use the Games for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The Games, including all artwork, designs, code, characters, names, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Puhu Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Landmark photographs are used under license or from permitted sources; landmark descriptions are provided for entertainment and general information only.
7. Updates & Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Games (in whole or in part) at any time. We do not guarantee that the Games will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that any particular content will remain available.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the Games. Upon termination, your license to use the Games and any Virtual Items ends; no refunds are owed for unused Virtual Items except where required by law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puhu Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Games. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim arose (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Apple-Specific Terms
If you downloaded the Games from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and Puhu Studios only — not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Games or their content.
- Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service, except that the Games may be accessed by other accounts via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Games.
- If the Games fail to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims are our responsibility.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Games, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims.
- In the event of a third-party claim that the Games infringe intellectual property rights, we — not Apple — are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
- You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement (e.g., your wireless data service agreement) when using the Games.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
